7th Annual Tropical Plant Fair

Wilton Manors, FL – Equality Garden Club (EGC) is happy to announce the 7th annual “A Tropical Plant Fair”. Scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, March 23rd and 24th, this 2 day, outdoor event is located on the beautiful grounds of Richardson Park, along the scenic banks of the Middle River, in downtown Wilton Manors, FL. Now in its 7th year, the Fair has a list of over 50 vendors.

The vendors will be offering a rich variety of plants, including aroids, (air plants, bromeliads, cycads, heliconias, hoyas, orchids, palms, tropical fruits, bonsai, and more. Additionally, there will be vendors selling, art, and accessories, and essentials for the gardener. Information related to landscaping, insect control, fertilizer, and irrigation will be available from the Master Gardeners of Broward County.

There will be a silent auction with plant related items as well as other merchandise from local merchants.

A shuttle service will also be available from the City Hall parking lot to the Park for attendees,

Proceeds from the event will help fund community service projects in Broward County sponsored by the Garden Club.

There will be a $3 tax deductible donation at the gate to help defray fair costs.

About Equality Garden Club

Equality Garden Club is a non-profit garden club, based in Wilton Manors.

The club meets the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Wilton Manors Hagan Park Community Center, providing world-class speakers to educate and entertain the membership. Additionally the club host’s the popular Annual Plant Fair in March at Richardson Park.
