Wilton Manors “A Tropical Plant Fair” Cancelled

Wilton Manors, FL – After consulting with city officials the A Tropical Plant Fair, sponsored by the Equality Garden Club (EGC), scheduled for Saturday, March 28th and Sunday March 28th, has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The annual event, held in Richardson Park in downtown Wilton Manors, transforms the historic site into a colorful bazaar featuring over 70 vendors with an anticipated 4,000 attendees.

According to EGC President, Van Allen Gosselin: “We take the well-being and safety of our patrons, vendors and volunteers seriously and is our top priority. With that being said, we unfortunately had to cancel this year’s Tropical Plant Fair.”

The popular event has been rescheduled for March, 2021.
